Return Policy
At American Built Pro we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward return/exchange and Refund policy.
Returns
• Eligibility: You may return most new, and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. Certain items, such as Tub Protectors and Shower Protectors, are not eligible for return.
• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, and with its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@americanbuiltpro.com or fill out the contact us form and someone with get in touch with you via email with 48 hours. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with instructions on where to send your package.
Return Shipping:
• Customer Responsibility: Unless the item was faulty or we made an error with your order, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
• Our Responsibility: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we would gladly cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately so we can arrange this for you.
• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
• We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us customerservice@americanbuiltpro.com with your order number and the details of the exchange you'd like to make.
• If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will process a refund instead, according to our return policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 1-2 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage or the incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Final Sale Items
• Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.
